    Castings weight from 0.5 up to 30.0 Kg

  • Secondary Aluminium alloy production capacity up to 8000 Tons of casting wight per year

  • Production Facilities: 16 die casting robotized cells from 700 up to 3300 Tons.
    Process with degassing, vacuum system, heat treatment, shot blasting, deburring and trimming, machining works and assembling.

  • Control Quality Laboratory, spectrometer for chemical analysis of Al-alloys, 3D measuring machines - Surface measuring machines (Texture and profiles) - Optical microscope - X Ray machine - Tomography analysis - Durometer HRc HB.
